1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the JSAC Clothing website.
JSAC Clothing is operated by J’s Sports Agent Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number 14323892).
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Product availability may change and we reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information or pricing.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine issue such as a pricing error, product availability issue or suspected fraudulent transaction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available through our website at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
We do not generally store your full payment card details.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method selected and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will be shown the applicable delivery cost before completing your order.
If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
7. Your right to cancel
If you purchase a product from us online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to give a reason.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
This is in addition to your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale, subject to your legal right to handle and inspect clothing in the same way you reasonably would in a shop.
We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
9. Refunds
Where you exercise your legal right to cancel, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery originally paid by you. We are not required to refund any additional cost where you selected a more expensive delivery option.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at:

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at clothing@jsac.co.uk.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Where an exchange is not possible, we may arrange a refund where appropriate.
12. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including serious disruption to postal services, natural disasters, strikes, government action, technical failures or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
13. Website content
All branding, logos, images, designs, text and other content on the JSAC Clothing website are owned by or licensed to J’s Sports Agent Consultancy Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our written permission.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or which arise outside the normal use of our products or website, subject always to applicable law.
15. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms applicable to your order will be the Terms displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
17. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of the part of the UK in which you live.
